Jim is seen leading a panel of Private Equity Groups’ expert deal makers. The session featured a “Shark Tank” type presentation on managing the sale process to establish full value for a client’s business from competing offers. Opening offers started at $4.5 million, with negotiations closing at a $22 million sale, similar to the process that is created in the IBG Business professional M&A process for selling a business.
