IBG International Business Group, Ltd. would like to announce the acquisition of EarthFax Engineering, Inc. by Pacific Western Technologies, Ltd. (PTW). Dennis Patten, a managing partner at our firm, led the negotiations and was the lead financial advisor for EarthFax Engineering. EarthFax Engineering is based in Midvale, Utah and is a consulting engineering firm that provides services in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, hydrology, geology, land reclamation and environmental planning.
PTW is a full service environmental engineering company based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. They provide environmental management, consulting, compliance, facility, construction, and data management services. Both the buyer and seller were very pleased with the deal. Richard White, the founder and President of EarthFax Engineering stated, "Combining the long-term relationships and experience of EarthFax in the industrial sector with the excellent record and capabilities of Pacific Western Technologies in the Federal sector made a great deal of strategic success. This will provide an avenue for both companies to expand their geographic and technical horizons, thereby benefiting our respective clients and employees. It's definitely a win-win!"
IBG's mission statement is confidentiality, integrity, and expertise. We strive to provide the most ethical and effective M&A services to our clients. We pride ourselves in successful deals such as EarthFax and PTW.
