Samuel Cheris Joins IBG as General Counsel and Managing Director

International Business Group, Ltd. (IBG), is pleased to announce that Samuel Cheris has joined IBG as General Counsel & Managing Director. Mr. Cheris is an experienced general counsel and corporate executive with more than 30 years of experience in the legal arena as well as finance, business development, administration and consulting.   He is an expert in business transactions and has taught classes in Accounting, Corporations and Corporation Finance at DU Law School and Law & Ethics at CU Denver Business School. Mr. Cheris will help private business owners determine when and how to position their business for an optimal sale.  His experience working on over 100 transactions will prove to be very valuable to business owners as he guides them throughout the M&A selling process.
