Caysa Collective purchases Home Elevator businesses

SAN ANTONIO, Tex. – Austin-based Caysa Collective has purchased residential elevator installers Home Elevator of Houston and Home Elevators of Austin.

The companies employ 15 workers at the two locations, with combined annual sales of $3.9 million.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed at the parties’ requests. 

IBG Business facilitated the sale, which closed May 11, 2023. IBG partner Robert Latham (Texas) led the IBG transaction team.

“Thank you for all your hard work,” wrote seller Jay Knapp. “It’s been challenging, but you got it done, and I appreciate your professionalism.”
