PHOENIX, Ariz. – Crestline Advisors, a Phoenix-based healthcare consulting firm, has been purchased by Health Management Associates (Lansing, Michigan).
IBG Business (Arizona) initiated and facilitated the sale, which closed April 4, 2023. Managing director Lance Meilech (pictured) led the IBG team in this transaction.
The terms of the transaction are not disclosed at the parties’ requests.
Founded in 2013, Crestline Advisors supports health plans, provider organizations, and state government agencies with an array of services designed to help them navigate the changing healthcare landscape.
“Crestline has demonstrated a commitment to supporting health plans, providers, and states to improve healthcare for Medicaid beneficiaries,” said Crestline CEO Susan Dess, who will continue to lead Crestline Advisors under HMA’s ownership. “We firmly believe that, as part of the HMA family of companies, we will bring even more success to our clients and drive continued growth and development in Medicaid healthcare delivery.”
Both parties to the transaction expressed their appreciation in post-closing messages to Lance Meilech.
