Before disclosing private information, we diligently qualify each prospective investor by obtaining a Non-Disclosure Agreement and the appropriate background and financial information. This information is maintained in the strictest confidence.
For those interested in registering as a buyer, you may obtain additional information on specific companies. After completing the initial and executing an IBG Specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (and, in some cases, prior approval by the seller), a qualified investor may obtain an IBG Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) on a subject company.
