A professional intermediary and business appraiser, his extensive experience in acquisitions, divestitures, and business valuations gives him a deep understanding of the complexities business owners face when preparing for a transition. Mark brings 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, working closely with entrepreneurs, private equity groups, and lower-middle-market companies. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, business valuations, and exit and retirement strategies.
