Sam is an acknowledged expert in business transactions and has taught classes in Accounting, Corporations and Corporation Finance at DU Law School and Law & Ethics at CU Denver Business School.


Sam Cheris headed up the commercial department as a partner of a major law firm and worked primarily in the areas of entity formation, succession planning, M&A and entity governance. He has also been the General Counsel for companies in the areas of technology, engineering and real estate and has been providing practical guidance to entrepreneurial entities for the last decade through Cheris Law, a boutique law firm.
