Bio:

Prior to joining IBG Fox & Fin, Jim spent 20 years as a corporate attorney, commercial Director, and a former business owner. Jim has worked on M&A transactions across the United States, Mexico and in Asia Pacific, with deal sizes ranging from $1MM-1B.

Jim worked on the ground in 11 countries in Asia as General Counsel- Asia Pacific for a large multinational industrial minerals company. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel- North America with the same company. He was a Sales Director where he managed a $200MM budget selling industrial minerals to Fortune 500 companies. He has experience in mining, industrial minerals, payments/banking, food and beverage, and utility industries.

Jim also owned and operated his own successful business in the State of Arizona in the underground utility industry.

Jim is a 4th generation Phoenician with deep roots in the State of Arizona. He enjoys living in Arizona with his wife and three children. He has been a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for 25 years. He has completed marathons and was an avid swimmer for many years.
