Profile:

Charlie Martz has over 30 years of experience as a transaction intermediary, and has specialized in business valuation, direct marketing, contract negotiation and buyer representation.

Experience:

As President of Jones Group, Inc., in Englewood, CO, a division of Jones Intercable, Inc., Charlie spent seven years directing the corporate development division responsible for valuation and acquisition of more than $500 million in cable television properties. He has served as Director of Industrial Park Development for McCulloch Oil Co., and was Director of Product Support and Promotion for the Fluid Handling Division of Sunstrand Corporation. Charlie was also an independent commercial real estate broker and earlier owned a Denver full-service advertising and public relations agency.

Licensed Real Estate Broker, Colorado and California
